More practical than a single hotel room
For longer assignments, a kitchen, washing machine, dryer and separate sleeping areas matter. Teams can prepare meals, clean workwear and use the house with space for up to six people.
Predictable winter rate
The reduced base rate of €75 per night covers two guests from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027 on available nights. Additional adults cost €10 per night. Cleaning, linen, towels, water and Wi-Fi are included.
For regional work sites
Brunsmark is practical for Mölln, Ratzeburg and the Duchy of Lauenburg, with access to B207, B208, A20 and A24. Lübeck usually takes 35–45 minutes and Hamburg 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.
Business-friendly booking and invoicing
The initial enquiry does not require the full billing address. Company details are added after acceptance. The displayed rental price includes 7% VAT; deposit and electricity are treated separately.
