Relax after work: Our house offers a fully equipped kitchen with automatic coffee machine for self-catering, a modern bathroom, and cozy bedrooms. Washing machine and dryer are available free of charge so that nothing is missing.

Brunsmark is conveniently located between Mölln, Ratzeburg and Lübeck, with access to the B207, B208, A20 and A24. Depending on destination and traffic, Hamburg usually takes about 45–60 minutes and Lübeck about 35–45 minutes. Work sites in Mölln, Ratzeburg and the Duchy of Lauenburg are considerably closer.

The location near the B207 and B208 makes the house a practical base for fitters and tradespeople. Depending on destination and traffic, Lübeck usually takes about 35–45 minutes and Rostock around 90 minutes via the A20. Work sites along the A20 and A24 can be reached without major rural detours.

We know what fitters need: Uncomplicated processing with company invoices, flexible arrival times, and infrastructure that makes the evening easier. Supermarkets, bakeries, and petrol stations can be reached quickly in Mölln (10 min). Our house offers space for up to 6 people (ideal for 2-3 fitters) and guarantees restful sleep after hard work thanks to its quiet location.

We offer transparent conditions for tradespeople and fitters. The regular base price starts at €90 per night for 2 people, with €10 per additional person and night. Seasonal and individual long-stay rates may apply. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water are included. The refundable €100 deposit is shown separately and electricity is billed by actual consumption. A proper company invoice showing VAT is available.

Our house is tailored to the needs of commuters. The Wi-Fi (approx. 50 Mbit/s) is fast enough for smooth video calls. The large dining table can ideally be used as a workspace. A washing machine and dryer in the house save you the annoying trip to the laundromat or the drive home on the weekend. A spacious parking lot for vans, sprinters, or panel vans is located directly at the house. The absolutely quiet location also guarantees restful sleep after a hard day's work.

For long-term stays of 4 weeks or more, we offer individual, discounted pricing. The infrastructure for a longer stay is ideal: Various supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe) in Mölln can be reached in just 10 minutes. Also quickly accessible are well-stocked beverage markets, fresh bakeries, and gas stations directly on the B207 and B208 federal highways. A variety of restaurants in Mölln and Ratzeburg provide culinary variety, and the weekly market (every Wednesday and Saturday) offers regional freshness right on site.
