Fitter Accommodation Prices & Long-term Rentals near Mölln

Our pricing structure is fair, transparent, and tailored to the needs of assembly companies. The base price starts at 90€ per night for an occupancy of up to 2 people. For each additional guest, we charge only 10€ per night (maximum 6 people). For weekly bookings (from 7 nights), we offer attractive weekly discounts upon request. For long-term stays of 4 weeks or whole months, we are happy to provide you with a heavily discounted, individual fixed-price offer that goes easy on your project budget. Just contact us directly.

We want your costs to remain predictable. The rental price includes high-speed Wi-Fi, water and sewage, use of the washing machine and dryer, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. The refundable €100 deposit is shown separately. Electricity is billed transparently at €0.30 per kWh based on actual consumption.

Long-term rentals are particularly worthwhile with us. From a rental period of 4 weeks, you not only benefit from our greatly reduced monthly flat rates, but also from significant savings in the everyday life of your employees. The washing machine and dryer in the house save expensive visits to the laundromat or unnecessary weekend trips home just to wash clothes. Thanks to the fully equipped, large kitchen, your fitters can cater for themselves cost-effectively - this quickly saves 15 to 20 euros per employee every day that would otherwise be spent on restaurant visits or expensive fast food.

If you compare our fitter accommodation with classic hotels in Mölln or Ratzeburg, the financial advantage quickly becomes clear. While a simple hotel room often costs between 70€ and 100€ per person and night, you pay the equivalent of not even 30€ per head and night with an occupancy of 4 people, for example. Should the kitchen in the holiday home remain cold, Mölln and Ratzeburg offer a variety of snack bars and restaurants that also offer takeaway.

As a professional landlord, we know the administrative requirements of companies. Naturally, after booking or upon request, you will receive a proper, accounting-friendly company invoice with indicated VAT. These accommodations for professionally caused external activities can easily be claimed for tax purposes as business expenses (travel expenses). Payment is made conveniently by bank transfer in advance - no credit card or cash payment by the employees on site is necessary. This relieves your expense accounting and simplifies internal processes.

Time is money, especially for project work. The house is conveniently placed for the B207, B208, A20 and A24. Depending on destination and traffic, Hamburg usually takes about 45–60 minutes and Lübeck about 35–45 minutes. Journeys to projects in Mölln, Ratzeburg and the Duchy of Lauenburg are considerably shorter.
